We automate your intake, so you can handle more cases.
Intake software for family, criminal defence and immigration lawyers. You read every new client's story on one page, before you spend any time talking to them.

The problem
People call a lawyer on the worst days of their lives.
They don't know which details matter to you, so they tell you everything, in no particular order.
A new client calls between your court appearances. She has just separated, and it is the worst month of her life.
She tells you everything at once: the house, the children, the bank account that was emptied, the night it all fell apart. She has been holding it in for weeks.
Somewhere in that half hour are the facts you actually need: the date they separated, the court order already in place, and the names you have to run for conflicts. You heard the whole story before you ran a single one.
Half an hour in, you have listened, comforted her and taken notes. You haven't given any legal advice yet.
With Jurova
- Calming them down and catching every detail at the same time.
- Calling back for what you missed, then phone tag.
- Running the conflict check after you've heard the whole story.
- A good case waits until you're free to call back.
- One page with the whole story, in order.
- Everything you need before you speak to them.
- Every name checked before anyone at your firm reads it.
- Click Accept. They get your calendar link, pick a time and book.
So your first call with them starts with advice, not with collecting facts.
Why we built Jurova
I once spent three hours in a law firm's lobby, writing my whole story out by hand on blank paper.
When I finally met the lawyer, he pulled out a list of questions, without asking for my pages, and we spent 45 minutes going through everything again while he took notes. The whole time I was thinking: you had these questions all along. Why couldn't you send them to me before I came in?
That firm had the right questions. They just gave them to me three hours too late. So we built Jurova: your client answers your questions before you meet, and you read the answers first.

What your client does
Your client tells their story on your website.
Jurova runs on your own site, under your firm's name. Your client picks how to tell it: a voice note, or a short written form. They can speak in up to 80 languages, and you read it in English.
They press record and talk, in their own words and their own language. Jurova writes it down.
A made-up client. These are the screens your clients see.
The conflict check
Every name is checked before anyone at your firm reads the story.
Once you've heard a story, you can't un-hear it. So Jurova checks the names first, and keeps the story closed if anything matches.
- 01Your client confirms who is involved. After telling her story, Dana sees the people Jurova heard in it, her husband Mark Whitfield, and checks the spelling. She can add anyone missing.
- 02Jurova checks every name against your records.Your conflict list, with the people you acted for and the people you acted against, and every earlier inquiry, whether that person was the client or the other side.
- 03If nothing matches, the memo opens as usual.A line on the memo records what was checked and when.
- 04If a name matches, the story stays closed.Nobody at your firm can read a word of it until a lawyer decides. You see only the names and what they matched. "There is a conflict" declines it with the same ten-second Undo, the client is never told why, and the story is deleted after 30 days.
If the check can't run for any reason, the matter is held for you. It is never let through unchecked.
Before you read the story
A name in this inquiry matches your records. The story stays closed until you decide.
Your press is recorded with your name and the time. Continue: the memo opens. Conflict: the client gets the firm's usual decline message and never a reason; the story is sealed and deleted after 30 days; the names and this record stay.

What you see
You read one page in your portal, then you decide.
Every new client lands in your portal with a grade and a one-page memo. You accept, refer or decline in one click. Nothing is sent until you press, and every decision waits ten seconds so you can undo it.

INTAKE DASHBOARDThe client separated in March and a temporary order covers the family home. Her husband now wants to sell the house, and she wants to know what she can do.
Dana and her husband separated in March. He moved out, and their two children live with her during the week. A temporary order made last year deals with the family home. He has now told her he wants to sell the house, and she does not know what she can do while the order stands.
To keep the children's week as it is, and to know where she stands on the house before anything is signed.
Separated in March 2026. The temporary order was made in 2025. The sale came up this week.
Screened on the names the client confirmed after the story against your conflict list (14) and 23 earlier inquiries, Oct 4, 2:14 PM: no match on the client or the other side.
- What will it cost?
- Can he sell the house without my agreement?
He wants to list the house this month.

We separated in March. My husband moved out and the children are with me during the week. There is a temporary order from last year about the house. Now he wants to sell it and I don't know what I'm allowed to do. Where did this happen? Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

What it will not do
Jurova takes the story. Everything a lawyer does stays with you.
It will not give legal advice.
It never tells anyone whether they have a case, what it is worth or how it will turn out.
It will not decide who you take on.
You accept, refer or decline. Nothing about your decision reaches the client until you press.
It will not stop urgent clients from calling you.
Your phone number stays at the top of every screen, and every client is told to call your firm if it can't wait.
It will not make anyone your client.
Every screen says that sending their story does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
Where your clients' stories are kept
Every firm gets its own encrypted database, on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and your clients' stories are never used to train AI models.
Questions lawyers ask us.
It writes down what your client said and asks once about what is missing. Their own words sit one tap under every memo, so you can check any line against them. And every outcome is yours to decide.
Into your firm's own encrypted database, on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. To write the memo and transcribe a voice note, the story passes through our AI providers, which do not train on it. It is never sold or shared.
Most firms do. A form takes a message. Jurova takes the whole story: it asks what is missing, confirms who is involved, checks the names, and hands you one page.
Keep them. Your number stays on every screen. Jurova takes the part of the call that is collecting the story, so your people spend their time with clients, not on notes.
We set it up for you, on your own site, under your firm's name and colours. There is nothing to install and nothing for your staff to learn first.
Your client can speak in up to 80 languages, and you read the memo in English.
